Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam’s vibrant capital. Upon landing at Noi Bai Airport, your guide and driver will meet you and take you to the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hotel, a historic French colonial property in the heart of the city. In the afternoon, enjoy a cyclo ride through the bustling Old Quarter, then indulge in a gourmet dinner at one of Hanoi’s top restaurants.

Spend the day exploring Hanoi’s blend of history and culture. Visit major landmarks including the Ho Chi Minh Complex, Presidential Palace, One Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature. Continue around West Lake to see Tran Quoc Pagoda and Quan Thanh Temple. You’ll also have the option to visit either the History Museum or the Ethnology Museum, based on your interests. In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional Water Puppet Show, a unique art form rooted in Vietnam’s rice farming culture.

After breakfast, drive through the peaceful Red River Delta to Halong Bay. Around noon, board the luxury Violet Cruise, designed in 1930s Indochine style. Enjoy lunch on board, then visit Tien Ong Cave, where ancient human artifacts were discovered. Explore Cua Van Floating Village by bamboo boat or kayak. In the evening, watch a cooking demonstration on board and enjoy a fine dinner as you anchor for the night in Luon Bo.

Start the day with Tai Chi on the sundeck, then visit Soi Sim Island for swimming or a short hike with panoramic views. Return to the boat, enjoy breakfast, and begin cruising back to the marina. Disembark around 11:00 AM and transfer to Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi for your onward flight.
